We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Just make sure products are:
- Unused and in original packaging (as pristine as a new highlighter palette)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works perfectly)
- Not part of our non-returnable items (see below)
🚀 How to Start Your Return/Exchange

- Include in your email:
- Your order number
- Product name(s) you’re returning/exchanging
- Reason for return (so we can improve our glow-giving game!)
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Wait for our reply with return instructions (we’re as quick as a 5-minute makeup routine!)
- Ship your package to our Albuquerque address (we’ll provide the details)
📦 Shipping Your Return
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect – then we’ve got you covered like our full-coverage foundation!).
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return – no extra shipping fees!

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same care we’d give a limited-edition product launch):
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refund method: Original payment form (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- When you’ll see it: Allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process (they’re not quite as speedy as our best-selling serum!)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To keep our community safe and fabulous, these items can’t be returned:
- Face + Body products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons – we protect your health like we protect your skin barrier!)
- Living + Gifts items marked as “Final Sale” (these are usually our deeply discounted treasures)
- Any product without its original packaging or seal
