- Flat rate: $12.95
- Best for when you need your beauty fix ASAP!
2. Free Shipping (EMS)
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Free for orders over $50
- Perfect for budget-conscious beauty lovers!
Note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Return/Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return/exchange, products must be:
- Unused and in original packaging (as pristine as a new highlighter palette!)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works perfectly)
- Not part of our non-returnable items (see below)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To keep our community safe and fabulous, these items can’t be returned:
- Face + Body products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons – we protect your health like we protect your skin barrier!)
- Living + Gifts items marked as “Final Sale” (these are usually our deeply discounted treasures)
- Any product without its original packaging or seal

Starting your return is easier than applying our best-selling serum!

- Product name(s) you’re returning/exchanging

- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect – then we’ve got you covered like our full-coverage foundation!).
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return – no extra shipping fees!

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same care we’d give a limited-edition product launch):

- Refund method: Original payment form (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- When you’ll see it: Allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process (they’re not quite as speedy as our best-selling serum!)
